I know the Fraser Institute should in no way be trusted for anything, and their newest report(you may have seen the headlines) ranking the fiscal performance of premiers has to be one of the most amateur, pathetic, transparent, high school level, goal oriented analysis I have ever seen written. What a complete load of horse ####. Media should be laughing at this, not reporting on it.
"What well known metrics do we use? LOL, no. We just made some stuff up." Like having fewer tax brackets mean the are better fiscal managers...for some reason they never explain, but they like fewer, so that's better. 10/10! Guess who wins that one? She also must be a great fiscal manger for giving us a surplus in that period, that in no way was related to all things beyond her control, like short term oil prices. Nope, let's not measure reality. 10/10! Let's not look at 2025...might be something counter-productive there...
The whole thing is an exercise in publishing the agenda they are pushing, and that's it. Jake Fuss should be absolutely embarrassed for writing this. Have some shame, buddy. please.
