I think 7/8 is about right for me. They are generally the less talented team, but play hard and never give up. When they aren't going, lines are in the blender and player get benched for stretches. I am not sure what else can be expected.
It is tough to scale though. For me, anything less than a 5 should be fireable, as I think 5 should be replacement level. I think Huska is deserving to stay on, but I don't think he would necessarily be in high demand if he were canned. 7ish feels about right.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.
