Putting the record aside for now, Conroy's always been waiting for the right value for Ras, Kadri and Coleman trades were always likely (more so Coleman), Brz and Gridin on the roster were due to injuries while Parekh was always penciled in. I guess what I'm trying to suggest here is nothing ever changed on the Flames side, whether we're talking about Conroy or other people in management. The plan has always been the plan, and needs time to be executed if Conroy wanted to extract the most value.

At the end of the day doing something and saying something are 2 different things and the flames have done something in the last 30 days. This likely was always the plan but nice to see some pieces moving as it had been a long time between moves
