Been to Bolero twice in the last ten days, it's really good and for $35, you can't go wrong. The key is to have a strategy and don't come out too strong, stay to the quality cuts (rib eye, filet, anything wrapped in bacon etc.). Forget about the sausage and the lesser quality meats and for $*&$ sake, stay away from that salad bar. You're not shelling out $35 for iceberg lettuce, shaved carrots and creamy potato salads. The meat is fantastic, so have lots and enjoy.
