Kanye... well he actually makes music. You can listen to it anywhere. Some of it is kinda poppy, sure, but it's still good music. He's far from my favourite MC but as far as mainstream hiphop goes he really is the best thing out there. "Hey Momma" is one of my favourite tracks of the past couple years, while anytime a 50 cent song comes on I cringe and turn the station.
I get it that some people listen to him for the production, and yeah, it's pretty good. But I've never been the kind of person to listen to a song cause part of it is good.

Some people (like myself) just like variety. I'd love to get drunk and dance with half naked women and I'd also love to sit back, relax and listen to some thought prevoking music (also with half naked women if possible
). It's all a matter of what mood I'm in.
