I put them at a 6 but they can move up if they make the team bad enough to finish in the bottom 3. If they let other teams out tank them by keeping too many vets - its ungood.
This season is bad already - let it get really bad so we can hopefully land a franchise player. Getting a million picks is good, but you also have to maximize your own picks by being terrible so you can land the elite talent.
