They traded Mangiapane a week later (also not an expiring contract). They'd traded Hanifin and Tanev at the previous TDL. They traded Toffoli, Lindholm and Zadorov at the previous offseason. None of those trades were for immediately impactful players other than Sharky and maybe Bahl.
