LOL. Glad I'm not the only one to spot the "colon" typo
When I was away for 4 months my wife and I bought webcams, used instant messenger (do people even do that anymore?!?) and talked on the phone a lot. Fortunately, I was in a new city with lots of things to do and explore (which was a good distraction); I also got to do a bunch of things I wouldn't normally do (sports, etc.). The time went by pretty quickly.
My wife was left at home and she says she got through it by working an insane number of hours at work
