Default Brazilian Restaurants

After reading the mexican restaurant thread, I was reminded of an excellent restaurant that opened a few months ago. Have you guys tried the new brazilian restaurant above Smuggler's Inn on Macleod? I don't work for them, but I definitely recommend. It's called Bolero.

If you've never eaten Brazilian, the gauchos (waiters) come around with grilled meats on swords (cue fotze comment). Beef, pork, sausages, chicken, etc. You pick the meat you want and the gaucho will slice a piece off for you. It's all good. And the gauchos keep serving you until you've had enough. Although I like the brazilian restaurants in the States a little better, Bolero's is a good iteration and I believe the menu will get only better as the chef becomes more experienced. All in all, good eatin - especially if you like meat and make sure you finish the night off with a couple of pieces of grilled pineapple.... Yum!
