I 'think' this is a fairly complete list of the contracts conroy has signed. There are only 4 contracts longer than 3 years. 3 of these are young players that should peak within a few years. The 4th is Sharangovich.
Mikael Backlund — 2 years × $4.50M AAV
Dan Vladar — 2 years × $2.20M AAV
Kevin Rooney — 1 year × $1.30M AAV
Dryden Hunt — 2 years × $0.825M AAV
Brayden Pachal — 2 years × $1.1875M AAV
Yegor Sharangovich — 5 years × $5.75M AAV
Ryan Lomberg — 2 years × $2.00M AAV
Adam Klapka — 2 years × $0.775M AAV
Justin Kirkland — 1 year × $0.775M AAV
Jake Bean — 2 years × $1.75M AAV
Yan Kuznetsov — 2 years × $0.775M AAV
Matt Coronato — 7 years × $6.50M AAV
Kevin Bahl — 6 years × $5.35M AAV
Morgan Frost — 2 years × $4.375M AAV
Joel Hanley — 2 years × $1.75M AAV
Clark Bishop — 1 year × $0.775M AAV
Devin Cooley — 2 years × $1.35M AAV
Connor Zary — 3 years × $3.775M AAV
Martin Pospisil — 3 years × $2.50M AAV
Dustin Wolf — 7 years × $7.50M AAV
Any other long term contracts are signed by Trevliving. They are Huberdeau, Kadri and Weeger. Huberdeau has been discussed to death. Kadri is a possibility to trade. Weeger seems to be a good contract so far.
So, based on the discussions above there are 2 contracts that fall into the "issues" that people are discussing - Huberdeau and Sharagovich. Not that bad. The first is what it is, the second could go either way, he may be part of the solution or part of the problem.
Again, for expectations, I don't see this being to bad and Conroy seems to be executing the way most people are hoping a good GM would.
