I used Tippet Richardson about a month or two ago. It depends on how many guys and the size of truck you need. I think that we paid about $180/hr.

Honestly, I was thrilled to pay someone else to do this for me. It was about 30 degrees and we not only enjoyed a morning coffee, but an early afternoon ice cream while the heavy lifting was completed! I highly, highly recommend hiring movers, even if the price is a bit steep.
