No this is better than Lohrei + 27 1st (likely FLA).
I think Lohrei + 27 1st + Poitras is probably pretty equal in terms of value to what they ended up getting from Vegas, but just more exciting because it's younger pieces instead of being more pick heavy + a veteran.
27 1st = 27 1st
Lohrei + Poitras = 2nd (that could become a 1st) + Whitecloud
