Oh and congrats on touring eastern Europe rather than the crowded (and to tell you the truth, rather homogenized) western portions. It still has elements of authenticity, and is still fairly affordable for a Canadian. Make your way over to Budapest ( and Lake Balaton if you have the chance) and you will find another amazing city....

T5, sounds like you know a little about the area in questions. All tips about where to go in that area of the world are much appreciated.
The two places that I REALLY want to go are Krakow Poland, and Adriatic coast of Croatia. I have been to Prague and Astria before, and I am looking forward to going back once again.
If you ask me, T5, Eastern Europe is MUCH better than Western Europe (Although I am dying to see Paris). I fine the west too crowded, and to reliant on the Tourism industry. Go East if you really want to learn the culture.
Also, its MUCH cheaper.
