This isn't retooling. This is taking back a roster player because (1) you still have to ice a full roster and Parekh isn't ready, and (2) Vegas needed to lose salary to take on even 50% of Andersson's cap hit.
This is a 1st, a 2nd, a marginal prospect (whom the Flames' scouts have had plenty of opportunity to watch, so they may be seeing something there), and a throw-in. You're bitching about the throw-in.
