Guys I'm loving these ideas, keep them coming, its nice being able to use the collective power of CP to brainstorm ideas.
Firefly : In terms of setting the bar to high, i can definately see where you are coming from. But with her starting law school, and me working and in school, we are probably aren't going to have a whole lot of time next year, except for maybe a weekend or two where we both don't have something pressing to do.
I thought of doing a picnic, or a limo as some of you suggested, but to be totally honest i WANT few days alone with her, not just a night.
And if not a few nights, then something totally romantic (I think bingo mentioned dog sledding under the stars - something like that).
