He should be suspended. But its a slippery slope if they suspend him without pay if there is no conviction. Being accused is different than being convicted. He definately wont play until the trial is over.
Not really a bright move holding the events at your home, not smart, not smart at all. If anything, buy a house for one of your underlings and hold it there with him taking the fall.
What are the counts/max penalty he is facing here - it cant be that much can it?
