Its actually an incredibly difficult prospect when 2/3rds of the League is Hot Ass.
Thats why I have it in my sig: If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
Thinking that if you suck enough you'll draft high...but there is a lot of competition in sucking that badly and even then, its lottery balls.

This is probably the first time it feels like the league talent has been a bit diluted. So many teams now and every team seems to have lots of holes in their lineups. It can be considered parity but it also makes for so many sways in the season. So far, pretty much every team except for Colorado, Minnesota and Carolina has gone through a long period of looking really bad.
