That's exactly how governments view people. And both places have the population of Okotoks, so it's not like Gaza or post Ww2 border shifts.
Besides, the Inuit have no loyalty to Denmark, the most recent poll was 84% of Greenlanders supported independence, which isnprobably close to 100% of the Inuit there. I doubt the Inuit in Nunavut have any loyalty to Canada either. These places would quickly become third world if left to their own devices. Let someone else carry the burden.
