Did Curly's NW become Yucatans or were they two separate places?

Billy McIntyre's, north and south. The north one is now the Kilkenny in Brentwood, and the south is now the Keg on Macleod.

If I remember correctly, Paul Reinhart was one of the original investors in III Cheers.
