Let Frost play behind Backlund (who is our #1 centre), and then give Zary a run at centre for the remainder of the season.

I would pick the same two. Trading away our top two point producers should staple the team to the bottom of the standings for the next few years. Those two would also yield the biggest returns and getting those sooner than later will help the team bounce back faster, before we run out of time on Wolf, Coronato, Parekh, etc.
Kadri would need to be big return though where everyone in the room is like "ya, I would have made that trade too".
Coleman is worth keeping to play with Backlund and mentor up whichever kid needs it. However, if there is a chance to bundle him up with Andersson and/or Kadri to get a monster return then that needs to happen.
The main thing is that we need to bring back a high potential C in one of these trades, especially if it looks like we are drafting a winger in the summer. Loading up on draft picks is less and less enticing as we've already restocked the cupboards pretty well, especially if the incoming picks are all in the late teens to thirties (or later).
Quality > Quantity.
