Also flagged that no one really held accountability at the end of the day. I agree with the article - they should spin this management out to an Opco that can be held accountable and holds its own financial stewardship.
There is always pressure from above to nix spends, always. A trillion meetings going over budgets and the experts recommending integrity projects but getting to that desired budget number and cutting year after year happens all the time. Apega should almost look into it.
