The only 'wrong time' to trade Andersson was right before Christmas. Nothing wrong with trading him before - or after - the Olympics.
As for when he will be traded - it seems as it is definitely soon. Andersson seems like the best defencemen available right now. As a team that needs a top defencemen, do you keep waiting? Or do you simply decide to pull the trigger before someone else does - or before a new team pops up who has lost a top defencemen due to injury?
I can see both arguments - both for trading him before the Olympics, as well as afterwards. I am just trying to not get so excited about it yet in case it happens afterwards. Really curious what the return ends up being, and I really do believe that moving him really knocks the legs off this team as it signals to everyone what direction this train is headed towards.
