Even though Basha is currently 20, he was still 19 when the season started, so he isn't over age this season and the Tigers don't need to make any special moves to fit him on the roster.

An ECHL would smoke a CHL team. They are just older and more developed as humans, vast majority of ECHL players would have played in the CHL (or US junior league at some point). But you are right that the CHL team would have more AHL/NHL players at some point.
