I just said they've made 1 trade in 18 months to illustrate that they haven't been sending out strong players left right and center like someone claimed earlier in the thread to counter my point that the flames mgmt have been a bit stagnant for quite some time as far as their approach.

And like I said acknowledging that trades are tough and I know its not easy to make a bunch of deals. patience is fine, just questioned if patience is the issue after maloneys press tour this fall or if they were just content to sit tight. Personally hoping they can make some deals soon before the season ends up being stuck in no man's land between being a contender and adding a real core player in the draft.
