I thought it was mentioned earlier that Dallas was a team Ras might extend with, so hopefully that happens and the Flames get a better return.

Dallas has no 1st in 2026 or 2028 though. Not sure if they'd want to trade the 2027 1st and go without for 3 straight years.

Edit: Actually they had no 1st in 2025 either, so that would be 4 years straight.

Bischel, Hemming, Schmidt, 2027 1st, all would be pieces of interest.
