I might be wrong but there are few examples of deals where it's a good vet for a blue chip prospect.
There are two that come to mind:
2022-Jun-29 Brock Faber Traded from Los Angeles Kings with round 1 pick in the 2022 draft (Liam Ohgren) to Minnesota Wild for Kevin Fiala
And then of course this epic fail:
2013-Apr-03 Filip Forsberg traded from Washington Capitals to Nashville Predators for Martin Erat and Michael Latta

And Faber wasn't Faber yet at the time of that trade.
He was a guy that had 3 goals and 26 points in 59 career NCAA games at the time of that trade. He looked like he'd be a good puck moving defensive dman at the next level but not a star.
Then he went and had more goals as an NHL rookie (8) than he did in 3 NCAA seasons (7).
