Yes, and very politically incorrect as well. I am usually afraid to recommend the show to anyone, because it's offensive a lot of the times, and you don't always know how someone will take that kind of humour.
The Fat Fighters skits are just terribly inappropriate in a lot of ways, but it is certainly quite normal British humour I think. "Have a bit of dust".
