I believe Waterfront's chances are a lot better and its location is fitting; downtown/central. Stores like Prada and Gucci are suited for posh high-streets not suburban power centers. I’d like to see one of those high-end retailers open in LaCaille on 4th. LaCaille

Not shopped down here much, I gather. Last I checked, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Bentley were all relatively high-end. There is some very big money involved in Deerfoot meadows. If they want high-end boutique shopping down here, I'd bet they stand a pretty good chance of getting it.
