Yeah, there is no way in hell high-end retailers will set up shop in that suburban abomination. Why? They sell high-end products and wouldn't want to be associated with the typical big-box/power center retail product.

I believe Waterfront's chances are a lot better and its location is fitting; downtown/central. Stores like Prada and Gucci are suited for posh high-streets not suburban power centers. I’d like to see one of those high-end retailers open in LaCaille on 4th.
