Yah, that's probably how I worded it. I think in his mind he was objective...

Yes, some end up being a little wonky I think because of previous NHL games played threshold reached, which in hindsight should have been teased out/specified and adhered to stringently. But, in essence, if the player in question was not a NHL regular by mid-Nov, he'd qualify. Maybe a crazy way to go about it, but as others noted, not matter which way you slice it, there will be weaknesses.
