1. Andersson is gone - It’s not if it’s when, timing tricky for all the reasons people have highlighted. His value is going up which is great, will miss the guys swagger for sure as well. Mutual decision, leaving on good terms.

I'm only asking because I don't see much of a divide, nor does it seem that Andersson/Kadri or any of the vets have attitude issues. Obviously, winning fixes a lot of things, but I also didn't notice much animosity in the YouTube series. I'm not trying to take a shot at you with this, just trying to understand the complete 180 the team seemingly did within a couple of weeks. Because now Andersson is leaving on good terms, Kadri has a great relationship with Conroy etc.
