You are making up the "reasonable chance" commentary.
I read the exact same sentence and see "gonezo" and "probably before the deadline" and that makes me think 95% before the TDL and 5% after. The 5% is simply because no team may meet the price, there is a slim chance of that. Even in that 5% scenario, Andersson's rights can be traded for something before July 1st (see Marner last summer) - but the chance of getting to that point is very low and not reasonable to assume.
Conroy has demonstrated that he doesn't let players like Andersson walk for nothing and you are making up a narrative that is counter to the evidence with nothing to back it up.
