Bugonia: latest from Yorgos Lanthimos (Poor Things, The Lobster, Killing of a Sacred Deer). Jesse Plemons gives an awesome performance, where he and his cousin kidnap a billionaire CEO (Emma Stone) they believe is an alien. Really strong performances from both Plemons and Stone. I had high expectations, but it was even better than I expected. 9/10

Plemons deserved the Oscar. Amazing performance that i fear will be overshadowed by DiCaprio in One Battle After Another. Anyone else in the role of Plemons character and this movies potentially misses the mark.
I thought Bugonia was brilliant, and it should appease the crowd turned off by Poor Things and Kinds of Kindness
