They were found not guilty, and the only way our system works is if “not guilty” people have their rights restored. They deserve to be able to do their job. I’d be looking elsewhere myself though were I a GM.

I agree that they deserve their rights based on being acquitted, and I agree that there were credibility issues with the complainant that justified an acquittal, but like the grinch, I wouldn't touch any of them with a 10 and half foot pole. The whole ordeal put on display character issues and downright stupidity at the very least, which any organization should avoid when they can.
If I was the owner of the Flames, I would have told management to cut bait with him the minute a scandal involving that team of which Dube was the captain, was announced. Especially after his "no wrong doing" comment, it was pretty obvious he was going to be one of the accused. It was just a PR problem waiting. I know people don't like meddling owners, but that would be one case I could have supported it.
