Frankly this is one of the most obtuse disrespectings of canon out there.

The Jem'Hadar are a manufactured race that grow in tubes. Their entire purpose, and what little "culture" they have is completely antithetical to having two genders. EVEN IF they weren't just allowed to die off (probably what they would want from the majority of Jem'hadar we've ever seen on screen) then they would very likely want to continue being born and bred in test tubes.
Two genders exist so that you can have sex. AFAIK it is extremely unlikely that "male" Jem'Hadar (FTR never really specified to be male either, they're genderless creations) even have sexual organs.
