Utah already has Cooley at C and they have both Iggy and Desnoyers coming up from the CHL. They have an abundance of very good, young forwards. What they don't have a lot of are defencemen. Their window is just starting to open now, and their backend would look a lot better with Sergachev Andersson as their top pair.

Sure but you are assuming that Utah has offered that to Conroy and he has turned it down (I am assuming) because if they have not offered him that then it is just a fantasy trade anyway.
I doubt that Conroy is being offered or has ever been offered a true blue chip prospect and said “no, I would prefer volume over one asset”
