I don't think it is what the majority of the fans want at all. There's a core crew or 30-40 people on this board who won't hear any tank talk and shout down opposing views but it's pretty much the only place left. If you go on any social media platform it's mostly people complaining after every win. It's not a great vibe either seeing people cheering losses, not a good spot for the franchise to be in with such a bleak outlook. Even Regehr when he did the barn burner thanksgiving thing was like... what are they doing, they need to trade away some veterans and reset. I think it's become the consensus in the hockey world aside from the real day to day partisans just deep into the individual games.
