Not the recalls (yet) but the petitions would have to go through Mickey Amery. Which is what authoritarianism looks like: "You get to have a voice but only when I say so".
Thankfully his recall has moved from Targeted to Submitted. Hopefully it is a real person submitting his paperwork and not one of his friends....
