I have found recently are that the card holder doesn't like it too much if I don't have a full complement of cards in it and if you are less than full the cards will easily slide in and out on their own. I think whatever is inside to provide resistance to this has just worn out over time. Second, my black bill holder has torn on one half at the bottom. Probably my fault for having too many items in it at times.

If you want I think you can bring your wallet to one of their authorised retailers and they can replace the felt that holds the cards and probably replace the bill holder too. Not sure how much they'd charge though.
