Every single fan base in the league complains about the same thing every single year. Fans routinely over-value their own team's prospects and underestimate the difficulty of making it in the NHL. Guys who have proven they can play in the NHL naturally get a longer leash than those who haven't.

You still haven't named a single player that you think should be off the team in favour of a prospect. Time to put up.
