In past years I always got the sense the Oilers would bounce back from their slow start. I don’t really get that feeling this year. I think they finish the season with 37-38 wins and right around the .500 mark.
They lost a lot of good pieces and McDavid and Draisaitl are a year older. If I were an Oilers fan I’d be really worried they missed their window.
