We're looking at support for his job hunt where they also help with helping him use tools to manage this for himself and other things to help with having a job which is new to him.

When my son was 8-12 we went through quite a few different meds trying different things.. we went through the same cycle of enormous hope and then not really seeing anything different quite a few times until we found the one that worked for him (Vyvanse as others have mentioned, and Intuniv though he eventually didn't need that anymore). So sometimes it is a process.

Hope you find something that helps improve things!!
