Oh yeah.
This week and next, I am still dealing with the strange, screwy and odd trouble tickets (because I am the only person who remembers what we did to fix it the last time it went strange, screwy or odd), but am also acting team lead while my boss is on vacation at a time when we are being micromanaged because other groups aren't meeting SLA's.
Thus, it becomes my responsibility to roll the shi-ite down hill.
