The Toyota dealership another story where the oil change does not appear to have been completed but records would indicate otherwise. Short of video evidence and me personally looking at drain plug/oil pan, I have enough reason to suspect they just didn't do it.

Do you mean the metal filings stuck to the drain plug magnet? Is it possible they just didn't wipe those off?
