Wolfie has started 20 games this year. He's posted a .900+ sv% in 9 of those starts and .890+ sv% in another 2. He's been really good on a really bad team... but his saves above expected has been terrible for sure.
It just seems like a typical sophomore slump. The skill is there, but he's probably feeling a bit more pressure with the contract and trying to better his first season's numbers. I'm not too worried about him. Look at his entire body of work in every league he's played in... it's gonna take more than 10 bad games on the worst team in the league (ps. at no point do I remember thinking "we would have won if we had a couple more saves").
