Craig needs to now be a little more ruthless.
I think he's too nice a guy to just simply be as involved as he has been since day 1 of his tenure with the Flames in its entirety.
Other teams such as The Golden you knows discard people almost immediately becsuse mediocrity ain't happening there.
Bill Zito doesn't F around either . All the top teams have moving pieces constantly trying to improve with almost zero loyalty to players, staff etc.
I honestly believe CC needs more runway . Way more. And without having someone like Maloney around rebiggling in his business. Isn't that why we brought in and have staff who aren't named Don .
Seriously. His resume doesn't inspire anything giving me other than montazumas revenge and alot of rectal discomfort.
Wow . How does he have a job unless somone above is pulling the puppet strings and the puppeteer needs to Seriously re evaluate his passion, position as i just dont get it.
We've so much going on here now it blows my mind that we'll simply piss away the potential opportunity we have .
- New building
- Wranglers finally here
- Craig Conroy
- depth in the cupboards-- future and near development
- current scouts and most of our staff
Yeah. On ice performance isn't great but what's the actual message behind the scenes?
Seriously. What a cluster F of an interview and NO I won't let it go . Don needs to be gone!!!
#### circle back and get senile old Burke back in here to be Pres of hockey OPs
This is as painful as back in the day hearing about the Flames front office when Al McNeil // Coates was around and things weren't great until certain ownership at the time stepped in stopped it and we moved on .
Please remember folks. Terry Crisp did NOT deserve thr credit for our Stanley Cup at all. Bob was the reason and if you ask any alumni they'll concur with that FACT.
No more middling mind-numbing theatrics behind the scenes. Let Craig Cook. Give him Hockey ops too or Brad Pascal gets that job . We've had amazing people here like Chris Snow who'll never be replaced who were far more valuable than people know.
Time to give more time and acknowledge the staff I see doing great work behind the scenes with longer contracts
