Ya. Horse Lake is about 40 minutes NW of GP. Pretty much in Hythe (Weibo land).
They are in Allan Cup qualifing...it's weird though. It happens to fall during the regualr season. So they are in the middle of this best of 5 with Stoney Plain but they are also still playing reg. season games in between. So the series will continue next weekend, during that time the Thiunder will play 2 more regular season games. It's weird. You are right though Stoney Plain was the first team to beat them all year, and that series is still tied 1-1.
