Keep in mind to get anything higher than 1Gbps to any single device, you need at least Cat6a ethernet cabling in your house and a 10Gbps NIC in your PC. The only way 3 Gbps fiber makes sense for most homes is if you have multiple people streaming 4K at the same time, but even then it's overkill
