I use these SFP+ from the UDM Pro. Seems to work well for the data I'm sending intranet wise. The limitations are usually the computers/routers and tech vs the cabling.

Just make sure you get the correct RJ45 connector and the correct type. Some are capped at 1 Gbps, but for super long range. Others have the 10Gbps but regular range.
