woman who called 911 said Gage appeared to be with his girlfriend and some other friends when the fight started on the crowded platform.

"They saw it happen," said Megan, who didn't want to give her last name. "Everybody started running and screaming, 'I need a phone, I need a phone.' We were trying to calm them down, but what can you do? What can you say?"
